Dr. Eithne Luibheid Selected as 2025 Digital Borderlands in the Classroom Fellow

April 30, 2025

Congratulations to Dr. Eithne Luibheid, Gender and Women's Studies Acting Director, for being selected as a faculty fellow in the 2025 Digital Borderlands in the Classroom cohort!

In the Digital Borderlands in the Classroom Program, fellows redesign a course syllabus by utilizing digital scholarship tools, archival collections, library services, and culturally responsive pedagogy. This curriculum then supports undergraduate student research on the U.S.-Mexico borderlands. The Digital Borderlands in the Classroom Faculty Fellowship Program and Summer Institute is funded by a $1.2 million grant from the Mellon Foundation to the University Libraries.
